Another Day in Paradise...

We like to have a sense of humor about things...it just seems to make the days go by a little faster and seems to work better than being negative all the time.  We are often around people who only play the "doom and gloom" game...and most of the time, they took a realtively small issue and turned it into a Hindenburg sized catastrophe.

We have fun with the Global Warming Salsa name...we think food should be fun and it should bring a smile to your face when you find something you like.  We knew how hot the politics were surrounding the global warming issue, but we are trying to get people to step back, think about it a minute, and then enjoy some world class global cuisine and one of the most mouthwatering salsas you will ever try.

When we see the people struggling around the world, and the catastrophes that some people have to endure everyday, it really makes us feel fortunate that we have family, friends, a home we are safe in, and jobs we feel good about...a lot do not, and the recent Haiti tragedy amplifies what most people really do not see everyday...but happens all over the world.

Global Warming Salsa is committed to a few things:  One, making a world class gourmet salsa you would be proud to serve to any foodie or chilehead in your circle of friends...two, helping to fight childhood obesity by providing children's exercise and nutrition programs to help kids have fun and learn about their health at no expense to their families, and three, trying to get people to take a breath and appreciate some of the great things in their life and reach out somehow to make a difference.  We love gourmet food, this is our way of sharing some of the culinary cultures and flavors that we enjoy...it is about celebrating Global cuisine!

We will never beat you over the head with politics, try to make you feel guilty, or ask you to do something we wouldn't do...we just want you to enjoy a little Global Warming (Salsa)...
