Global Warming: More fun than you think!

Another day, another example of people not giving Global Warming the respect it deserves.  It is actually a lot more fun than you would think if you just read the headlines (It seems we are always getting blamed for something...)(fortunately, we have a sense of humor about these things...)

Maybe people would have a little more fun with Global Wamring if they remembered it is all about FLAVOR...Global Warming Salsa flavors!  (If we wanted it to be about politics and weather, we could have called it "Climate Change Salsa", and then it would have made NO sense at all.)

Global Warming:  Man Made and 100% Natural.  Sounds confusing?  Not at all!

Sure, in the world of politics, climate change, and Al Gore, it is impossible to be BOTH at the same time...but when it comes to a world class salsa, it fits perfectly!  Global Warming Salsa, that is...

And that is what we are:  100% natural ingredients, all gourmet stuff, too:  aged balsamic vinegar, roasted garlic, fire roasted tomatoes and peppers, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt...all the good stuff.  We looked at preservatives (but only for a second!) to extend shelf life, but went the all natural route there as well:  prepared at 190 degrees gives us a smooth, smoky taste AND pretty much eliminates the chance of e-coli or salmonella (fresh salsas have a much harder time with that issue...).

As for being man-made, we tried to see if we could hire a bunch of monkeys to make it (so we could say "untouched by human hands"...), we even asked our mascot to throw her paw into the process (that didn't work out as well as we hoped, either...), but in Cayenne's defense, she is much better at inventory management ( she is VERY protective of our salsa...)...but in the case of THIS Global Warming, the way we get the best consistency and control is to do it by hand...the test batches are created in my own kitchen, and we use the highest quality production methods available to ensure that every time you experience Global Warming...it leaves you begging for more...well worth the effort to give it a try!
